Stefan has been working in the IT industry for about 10 years, in various roles. He started as a Software Developer and at the moment he is a Project Manager at Systematic, where he is part of a team that develops Command & Control software for NATO countries.
He is passionate about leadership, psychology, philosophy and many other things for which the day is too short. When he is not trying to find new ways to be a better leader for his team, he enjoys playing guitar and exploring and creating worlds in Dungeons & Dragons.
