Tim Shea is the Head of Data & Application Architecture at MassMutual with over 25 years’ experience in software engineering, application design, database management and systems architecture across a wide range of technology platforms from mainframe to mobile. He is passionate about delivering high-quality/secure products to meet the customer demands of tomorrow and the future through enabling technology.
When he is not in the office, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, being in the outdoors and woodworking.
