Victor joined Molson Coors GBS in 2021 in the GBS IT team. Has vast experience with HCM systems and a background in SAP Implementation, Sales, and Training. He has implemented SuccessFactors mostly in Romania, but also internationally for companies in Oil & Gas, Telco, and Retail. At Molson Coors GBS, he is the owner for the processes of SAP SuccessFactors and Kronos systems. He is an avid learner and likes to poke around and learn something new every day.
